SAR SHALOM
Service today was so so great. I really got more then i expected. Praise Jesus.
Okay, service started with me having a tiff with one of my dears because of some trival matters like exchanging of seat, and i seriously felt very bitter, and kept crying out to Daddy during praise and worship to just take away the negative emotions. But i still felt bitter and when Pastor Prince said today's sermon was a continuation of the previous series on Divine Health and Strength, i assumed, "This message won't speak to me.", but just listened to Pastor to keep my mind from wandering.
Actually, i was feeling condemned about what some things people said about me. I don't know why i even take it into consideration, when all of them are negative reports.
Anyway, Pastor suddenly told us about how people used to send him poison emails but he would still "get down on one knee and bless them" (direct quote), and how he really believed in the dog-bark-moon theory.
When the dog barks at the moon, the moon still shines. It doesn't matter who says what, but it matters about what God says. Wah, praise God. I knew God had changed the message just for me. He knew I really needed to hear His words and remind me of His love. Abba. :))
And i was crying during service, during the part when they sang "SAR SHALOM" (Prince of Peace) and seeing images of Jesus (smiling, loving) on screen was just so heartening. I broke down at the end of service, when Pastor prayed for us saying that Jesus is our Prince of Peace. He is the peace in our soul, body and mind, the peace in our everyday lives and the peace in our relations; "The people around you.". I went to hug my dears and apologised. Praise Jesus for them, putting up with my ups and downs in moods at times. Praise praise Jesus.
And Pastor said "What you see yourself as, is what others see you as." . I say
YES and
AMEN to that! I see myself as the righteousness of Christ, His beauty and lovingkindness. :))
Anyway, PRINCESS HOURS!
this show really reminds me of me and Jesus. He's the Prince (of Peace) and I'm the Princess (of His Heart) and he is unlike Xin (the lead actor) who is indesicive of who he really loves. Jesus love for me is unwavering, solid and real. :))) I love you Jesus!
